Updated Monday, March 16th
The health and safety of our employees and guests is our top priority. We are taking action out of an abundance of caution as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to elevate concerns across our nation and around the world. While there have not been any known COVID-19 cases at the del Lago property or in Tyre, del Lago Resort and Casino will close on Monday, March 16 at 5p.m.
In taking this action, we’ve closely followed the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) guidelines for social distancing as well as following directives made for the health and welfare of all New Yorkers by Governor Andrew Cuomo.
del Lago Resort & Casino’s employees will be paid for this upcoming two-week period. del Lago employees have been encouraged to seek medical attention if they experience symptoms consistent with COVID-19.
Our foundational pillar is to put our community first, and it is our duty to protect our employees and local residents and minimize the risk of community spreading. We will continue to encourage everyone to follow the guidelines established by the CDC and our state of New York to protect themselves, loved ones and families to reduce health risks. We are confident that when we re-open our doors, every patron will feel safe and ready to resume normal activities.
Thank you for being a valued guest.

del Lago Resort & Casino is open and at this time, all of our dining outlets are in operation.
In response to the occupancy guidelines released by the state, we have reduced the seating in our dining venues by 50%. We are restricting admittance to no more than 500 persons on the gaming floor at a time. We have taken additional steps to ensure we are promoting social distancing on our gaming floor by removing half of the gaming positions. By taking alternating slot machines out of service and removing selected seating from our table games area, we can better ensure guests are not seated in close proximity.
We are also cancelling the following casino floor Promotions through the month of March:
Friday Night Freeroll Table Games Drawings (3/20/20 & 3/27/20)
$100,000 3-on-3 Shootout (3/14/20, 3/21/20, 3/28/20)
Dragon Riches (3/15/20, 3/22/20, 3/29/20)
Smash & Grab (3/15/20)
Progressive PayOut (3/27/20)
March Birthday Bash (3/20/20)
Club 50 Slot Tournament (3/18/20, 3/25/20)
Invitational Blackjack Tournament (3/21/20)
There are no changes to Rewards Club Member’s free play, match play, or gift offers.
Through the end of March, we have postponed all entertainment in the Vine Showroom to future dates as well as cancelled our live DJ performances at Centrifico.
We understand that there are a lot of questions during a time like this. This is an ever changing situation, we’re monitoring it fully and will make new information available here as soon as we can.
Thank you.
